Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or no show, you will be charged 50% of your total service. Multiple cancelations or no shows will be charged 100% of their total service price & may be blocked from booking in the future. I understand emergencies happen, but please reach out to me ASAP! If you are scheduled for multiple services in one appointment & change your mind about a service, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel a service at your appointment, you will be charged 20% of that service total. Thank you for understanding & agreeing to these policies.
