If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or no show, you will be charged 50% of your total service. Multiple cancelations or no shows will be charged 100% of their total service price & may be blocked from booking in the future. I understand emergencies happen, but please reach out to me ASAP! If you are scheduled for multiple services in one appointment & change your mind about a service, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel a service at your appointment, you will be charged a percentage of that service total. If the card on file is not updated or is declined when charged, an invoice will be sent to you and you will not be able to book again until the invoice is paid. If you need to pay via Venmo or cashapp, please let me know. Thank you for understanding & agreeing to these policies.
